This week’s meal plan:
Monday: hearty black bean quesadillas
Tuesday: hot dogs (chicken sausage) and fries
Wednesday: bread crumb chicken Alfredo
Thursday: grilled chicken and rice with veggies
Friday: baked flautas and refried beans
Saturday and Sunday: leftovers or eating out
Exercise will be weekly body pump on Monday and heavy lifting throughout the week and weekend doing more spring chores!
